Dave Presley

President & CEO

With more than 45 years of experience in all phases of the energy industry, Dave Presley founded and has led Frontier Energy Services, LLC as President, CEO, and majority shareholder since 2002. In this role, Mr. Presley has successfully grown Frontier from a start-up to a significant player in the midstream sector of the oil and gas industry. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Presley served as President and CEO of CMS Field Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CMS Energy Corporation. Prior to joining CMS, he successfully founded and directed Heritage Gas Services, LLC, named the third fastest growing small business in America by Entrepreneur Magazine. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Presley served as President of Grand Valley Gathering Company and Director of Grand Valley Gas Company. Preceding Grand Valley, Mr. Presley successfully founded Centennial Natural Gas Corp. and served as its CEO and majority shareholder from 1988 through 1991. The first company founded by Mr. Presley was Colony Energy Corporation, where he also served as CEO and majority shareholder. Colony was one of the first companies to successfully market natural gas from the wellhead to the burner-tip.

Mr. Presley earned his Bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University and performed his graduate work at the University of Texas. He and his wife reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have two children and six grandchildren.

Kelly Wood

Chief Financial Officer

Kelly Wood has served as Chief Financial Officer for Frontier Energy Services, LLC since March 2006. Mr. Wood has more than 40 years of experience in the midstream energy sector, overseeing accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, risk management, insurance, and cash management.  From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Wood served as Controller of Frontier Energy Services, LLC and Frontier Field Services, LLC. Previously, he held management positions in midstream accounting and finance as Controller and Assistant Controller for American Central Gas Technologies, Inc.; Controller for Encore Energy, Inc.; and Accounting Manager and Manager of Budget and Planning for Vesta Energy and Esco Energy. From 1982 to 1985, Mr. Wood was a staff member of Arthur Andersen & Co., participating in various oil and gas audits and tax issues.

Mr. Wood is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Wood and his wife reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have two children.

Greg Lamberson

Chief Operating Officer

Greg Lamberson joined Frontier Energy Services, LLC in 2017 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. With over 35 years of experience in the oil, gas, and energy sectors, he is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing small, large, and mega projects, both domestic and international. Mr. Lamberson’s expertise covers the management of engineering, construction, start up and operations and is well versed in project financing and developing contracting strategies.

Mr. Lamberson earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Technology from East Central University; and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on international business from University of Salford, Salford Business School / Robert Kennedy College.

Robert Shain

Senior Vice President

Robert Shain has been with Frontier Energy Services, LLC since 2012 and currently serves as Senior Vice President at Frontier Energy Services. During his 45 years in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Shain has gained experience in engineering, operations, business development and midstream marketing, natural gas liquids and crude oil gathering, compression/pumping, transmission, processing and treating facilities. For three years prior to joining Frontier, he provided business development, facility planning, design, operations, and marketing services to several midstream natural gas companies through his firm, Heartland Gas Consultants, LLC. Before starting his consulting business, he served as the Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Hiland Partners, LLC. Mr. Shain also served for several years as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Hiland. Prior to Hiland, Mr. Shain served three years as Vice President of Operations and Engineering and principal of Impact Energy, LLC and its successor Seminole Gas Company, LLC. Prior to Seminole, he served as both Vice President of Commercial Services and Vice President of Operations and Engineering for CMS Field Services. In addition, he held management positions at various other companies ranging from small independent midstream gas companies to major gas gathering and transmission companies.

Mr. Shain has served on both the Mid-Continent and National Boards of Directors for the Gas Processor’s Association. He has also testified in numerous right-of-way condemnation proceedings, contract dispute litigation, and federal litigation cases. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Mr. Shain and his wife reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have three children and eight grandchildren.

Kenny Benton

Vice President of Engineering

Kenny Benton has been serving as Vice President of Engineering at Frontier Energy Services, LLC since 2015.  In his role at Frontier, Mr. Benton was responsible for engineering and construction management of Frontier’s successful Alpha Crude Connector and Beta Crude Connector projects. With over 40 years of experience in engineering design, construction, and project management in the crude oil and natural gas gathering/processing industry, Mr. Benton brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. He worked for Frontier from February 2010 through April 2011 as Project Manager in the Fayetteville shale. Following the sale of those assets, he joined Crestwood Midstream Partners, LP as Project Manager in the Fayetteville, Marcellus, and Bakken shale regions. Prior to that, Mr. Benton worked as a Process Engineer for Lumen Midstream Partnership, LLC and for Duke Energy Field Services in various positions ranging from Staff Engineer to Project Engineering Manager. Mr. Benton began his career at Delhi Gas Pipeline Corp in various engineering and construction capacities. Mr. Benton earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University. He and his wife reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have two children.

Joe Burnett

Vice President of Treasury

Joe Burnett joined Frontier Energy Services, LLC in 2019 as Vice President of Treasury. Mr. Burnett has more than 45 years of experience in financial reporting, operational and financial accounting, planning and banking relations in both the midstream and upstream sectors within the oil and gas industry. Previously Mr. Burnett was the Chief Financial Officer at Midstream Energy Services, LLC, a private-equity sponsored midstream company with gas processing and gathering operations in the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles. Prior to this position, Mr. Burnett served as Chief Financial Officer for Beta Oil and Gas, Inc., a publicly-owned oil and gas exploration and production company and was instrumental in facilitating Beta’s merger with Petrohawk Energy. Mr. Burnett began his career at Getty Refining and Marketing (formerly Skelly Oil Company) in Tulsa, OK. Over the years, he has served as Accounting Manager at Oil Dynamics; as Controller, Treasurer and Director at Trans-Atlantic Resource Corp; as Senior Vice President/Controller for Esco Energy, Inc. and Esco Exploration, Inc. and as Controller for American Central Gas Companies (all in Tulsa).

Mr. Burnett earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Burnett and his wife reside in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and have two children and seven grandchildren.

Chris Guglielmo

Director of Business Development

Chris Guglielmo joined Frontier Energy Services, LLC in 2018 as Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Frontier, Mr. Guglielmo served in strategy, business development and project analysis for M&A and growth projects at The Williams Companies, Inc. (NYSE: WMB) where he led many initiatives throughout all levels of the organization. He developed the company’s financial forecast used to develop its long-term strategy; served as a liaison for a multibillion-dollar joint venture investment; analyzed over $30 Billion in prospective capital projects; analyzed enterprise-wide asset utilization; and evaluated M&A, growth capital projects, joint venture relationships, IPO/GP/LP valuations, bonds, IDRs, well economics, and type curves. Prior to WMB, Mr. Guglielmo worked in aerospace where he coordinated select global sales and marketing strategies and initiatives for Fortune 500 clients and international customers, managed all strategic, competitive, and market intelligence collection and reporting throughout the globe, and managed financial analysis of new product development projects. Prior to his aerospace tenure, Mr. Guglielmo performed business development for the 3rd largest Native American tribe in the country, working on deals for organic growth, M&A, joint ventures, and strategic relationships. Prior his tribal tenure, Mr. Guglielmo worked in management consulting in the M&A field.

Mr. Guglielmo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tulsa, and also performed his graduate work at the University of Tulsa earning a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Finance. Mr. Guglielmo and his wife reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have two children.

Todd Stewart

Director of Technical Services

Todd Stewart joined Frontier Energy in 2014 and serves as Director of Technical Services. As part of the Frontier team, Mr. Stewart is responsible for coordinating the Right of Way, Survey, and Environmental phases during construction, as well as managing and maintaining the GIS system. Prior to coming to Frontier, Mr. Stewart spent 8 years as Director of Marketing for the survey company Downtown Design Services, Inc.

Mr. Stewart earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Marketing from Oklahoma State University. He and his wife reside in Sand Springs, Oklahoma and have two boys.

Natalie McElroy

Director of Accounting and Scheduling

Natalie has been with Frontier Energy Services, LLC since 2018 and currently serves as Director of Accounting and Scheduling. Ms. McElroy’s responsibilities include treasury/cash management, financial accounting, accounts payable and scheduling. Ms. McElroy previously worked with the Frontier team from 2010 to 2011 as Senior Accountant.

Previously, she held accounting positions in the oil and gas industry as Project Administrator for Legion Energy Services; Senior Accountant for Velocity Midstream Partners; and Revenue Accountant for Pride Energy Company.

Ms. McElroy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University. Ms. McElroy resides in Glenpool, Oklahoma.

Regina Gregory

Legal Advisor

Regina Gregory is a broad‐based energy legal executive and general counsel with experience in both public and private companies complimented by specific experience in leading legal, compliance, corporate governance, records management, security, ethics, human resources, contract administration, regulatory, and land departments with proven leadership and success in business development (acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture, and equity arrangements). She currently serves as legal advisor for Frontier Energy Services. Most recently Ms. Gregory served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) which is a leading provider of midstream services as one of the largest independent midstream infrastructure companies in North America.  Before joining TRGP, Ms. Gregory served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Frontier Energy. Before that, she was General Counsel, Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at American Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: AMID) a growth-oriented MLP. Prior to AMID, she was General Counsel, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Traverse Midstream Partners. Before Traverse, Ms. Gregory was General Counsel, Vice President-Legal, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Access Midstream Partners (NYSE: ACMP) (previously Chesapeake Midstream Partners). Prior to ACMP, she was General Counsel and Vice President-Human Resources for both Midstream Energy Services and Frontier Energy Services, both private equity backed midstream companies. She also served as in-house counsel at Tejas Energy, Transok, and Enogex.  Ms. Gregory was also at the law firm of Jones Day and started her career at Norton Rose Fulbright.

She graduated with a Juris Doctorate with Highest Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, and the Oklahoma Law Review. Admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in April 1999 and Texas Bar in November 1996. She also has a B.S. Business/Marketing from the University of Colorado (magna cum laude). Ms. Gregory is a member of the Choctaw Nation and currently serves on the Choctaw Global board.  Ms. Gregory and her husband reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Ken Snyder


Ken Snyder joined Frontier Energy Services in 2012. Mr. Synder currently serves as an advisor to Frontier.  Over the past 35 years Mr. Snyder has founded, successfully developed, and led several private and publicly owned energy companies. From 2007 to 2012, he was founder and President of Gulf Energy Development, developing and improving energy assets for Pemex, Eagle Rock, TGGT, Tenaska, Lehman Brothers, and Basin Transload. Prior to founding Gulf Energy Development, Mr. Snyder served as Senior Vice President and partner at Texon. From 1999 to 2002, he led Dynegy’s 350-person international broadband division, serving major cities in the U.S. and in Europe with more than $1 billion in assets. In 1994, Mr. Snyder founded EnSite, a retail energy-consulting firm. From 1991 to 1994, he served as President of AmGas, an energy-marketing subsidiary of MidAmerica. In 1986, Mr. Snyder founded Cibola and led the company until 1991, as its President. Previous to that, Mr. Snyder served in several capacities at Northern Natural Gas.

Mr. Snyder earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from the University of Nebraska. He and his wife reside in Omaha, Nebraska. They have three children and six grandchildren.
