Robert Shain

Advisory Board Member

Robert Shain currently serves as an Advisory Board Member after having been a Senior Vice President with Frontier Energy Services, LLC for 13 years. During his nearly 45 years in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Shain has gained experience in engineering, operations, business development and midstream marketing, natural gas liquids and crude oil gathering, compression/pumping, transmission, processing and treating facilities. For three years prior to joining Frontier, he provided business development, facility planning, design, operations, and marketing services to several midstream natural gas companies through his firm, Heartland Gas Consultants, LLC. Before starting his consulting business, he served as the Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Hiland Partners, LLC. Mr. Shain also served for several years as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Hiland. Prior to Hiland, Mr. Shain served three years as Vice President of Operations and Engineering and principal of Impact Energy, LLC and its successor Seminole Gas Company, LLC. Prior to Seminole, he served as both Vice President of Commercial Services and Vice President of Operations and Engineering for CMS Field Services. In addition, he held management positions at various other companies ranging from small independent midstream gas companies to major gas gathering and transmission companies.

Mr. Shain has served on both the Mid-Continent and National Boards of Directors for the Gas Processor’s Association. He has also testified in numerous right-of-way condemnation proceedings, contract dispute litigation, and federal litigation cases. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Mr. Shain and his wife reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have three children and eight grandchildren.

Regina Gregory

Advisory Board Member

Regina Gregory is a broad‐based energy legal executive and general counsel with experience in both public and private companies complimented by specific experience in leading legal, compliance, corporate governance, records management, security, ethics, human resources, contract administration, regulatory, and land departments with proven leadership and success in business development (acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture, and equity arrangements). She currently serves as General Counsel of ONE Gas. Most recently Ms. Gregory served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) which is a leading provider of midstream services as one of the largest independent midstream infrastructure companies in North America.  Before joining TRGP, Ms. Gregory served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Frontier Energy. Before that, she was General Counsel, Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at American Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: AMID) a growth-oriented MLP. Prior to AMID, she was General Counsel, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Traverse Midstream Partners. Before Traverse, Ms. Gregory was General Counsel, Vice President-Legal, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Access Midstream Partners (NYSE: ACMP) (previously Chesapeake Midstream Partners). Prior to ACMP, she was General Counsel and Vice President-Human Resources for both Midstream Energy Services and Frontier Energy Services, both private equity backed midstream companies. She also served as in-house counsel at Tejas Energy, Transok, and Enogex.  Ms. Gregory was also at the law firm of Jones Day and started her career at Norton Rose Fulbright.

She graduated with a Juris Doctorate with Highest Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, and the Oklahoma Law Review. Admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in April 1999 and Texas Bar in November 1996. She also has a B.S. Business/Marketing from the University of Colorado (magna cum laude). Ms. Gregory is a member of the Choctaw Nation and currently serves on the Choctaw Global board.  Ms. Gregory and her husband reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Ken Snyder

Advisory Board Member

Ken Snyder joined Frontier Energy Services in 2012. Mr. Synder currently serves as an advisor to Frontier.  In a career spanning more than 35 years, Mr. Snyder has founded, successfully developed, and led several private and publicly owned energy companies. From 2007 to 2012, he was founder and President of Gulf Energy Development, developing and improving energy assets for Pemex, Eagle Rock, TGGT, Tenaska, Lehman Brothers, and Basin Transload. Prior to founding Gulf Energy Development, Mr. Snyder served as Senior Vice President and partner at Texon. From 1999 to 2002, he led Dynegy’s 350-person international broadband division, serving major cities in the U.S. and in Europe with more than $1 billion in assets. In 1994, Mr. Snyder founded EnSite, a retail energy-consulting firm. From 1991 to 1994, he served as President of AmGas, an energy-marketing subsidiary of MidAmerica. In 1986, Mr. Snyder founded Cibola and led the company until 1991, as its President. Previous to that, Mr. Snyder served in several capacities at Northern Natural Gas.

Mr. Snyder earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from the University of Nebraska. He and his wife reside in Omaha, Nebraska. They have three children and six grandchildren.
